There are a number of possibilities for subdivision of the parcel, several of which are illustrated below (click to enlarge). Note that the subdivision possibilities are for illustration purposes only and do not include roads or cul de sacs that would be necessary to access lots.

Electrical commission has approved electricity for the development and poles are in.

Potential configurations include (also see illustrations below):

4 Hectar lots, approximately 10 acres each (same size as F1b through F10)

2 Hectar lots, approximately 5 acres each (size of the lots 2-31)

1 Hectar lots, approximately 2.5 acres each (half the size of Lots 2-31)

Or anywhere in between those sizes. Developer may wish to cluster small lots and keep a good portion open to serve as common areas with walking/jogging/bicycle trails, recreational facilities (swimming pool, tennis courts, etc.) or an ecological preserve surrounding the cenote area.
